The 1991-1993 EL 250 Eliminator is a mini-custom twin with a low seat, a low centre of gravity and a relaxed riding position. It uses a 249 cc four-valve liquid-cooled parallel twin and a six-speed gearbox, with a telescopic front fork and dual rear shocks. The page reproduces a 1993 road test that found the handling stable, the rear suspension short-travel and the bike competitively priced for its quality.
